How to Get Through Allergy Season


Take vitamin C, even before allergy season arrives. This can go long way toward strengthening your immune system.


Run air conditioner inside your vehicle and home whenever possible. This helps to filter out dust, pollen, and mold.


Use dehumidifier in your home to reduce humidity. Humidity causes dampness, which in turn can cause mold to grow in your home. Many people are allergic to mold spores.


Use eye drops to reduce redness and itchiness. This also will help to flush out your eyes, keeping risk of swelling to minimum.


Wear sunglasses when you go outside to help keep pollen out of your eyes.
